Pegeleinstelladapter / Level Adapter
The Problem
A big pump maker in Germany ordered 4 Denco oilers model no D 38050 made from mild steel zinc plated and specified non colored metals (copper, aluminium etc). These oilers aren’t available any more for almost 15 years already. Denco offers them in brass only. To meet customers demand for non colored metals a competitors oiler had to be used. However, the setting range of Denco oilers is 30 mm, much more than any other CL oiler on the market (Trico 18 mm, Adams 10 mm).
Solution
RM Level Adaptor
This feature extends the setting range by 30 mm allowing the use of a Trico Optomatic 30005 for the existing machine designed for Denco 38050 without any modifications.
Trico Optomatic with RM Level Adaptor
The Optomatic with the RM Level Adaptor has now a setting range of 48 mm.
Economy
The price for the RM Level Adaptor is 42,00 Euros. The cost for modifying the machine and/or the oiler would be much higher.
